I built my entire career at a single company — joining Parsec Technologies as a Mechanical Engineer and earning every promotion through demonstrated mastery of an expanding scope.

That trajectory gave me something rare: genuine command of every layer of a product and manufacturing business — from designing individual injection-molded components on a CAD workstation to leading the full operational, engineering, commercial, and people infrastructure of the company.

I've personally designed over 1,400 parts across ten-plus manufacturing disciplines, built and managed engineering and production teams, deployed enterprise systems, negotiated supply chains, and launched 70+ products with 18+ patents filed or pending — most recently executing a company-wide turnaround that scaled monthly revenue from $600K to $1.5–1.75M in ten months.

I'm a fast learner and a relentless analyst — I take products and processes apart to understand exactly how they work, then rebuild them better. That instinct has taken me to numerous trade shows and manufacturing facility visits, where I've evaluated and then implemented a wide range of production techniques on our own floor. I also own the commercial supply side end to end, currently managing the company's entire purchasing operation — inventory, forecasting, and demand planning.

2019 — 2021

Mechanical Engineer

Joined a small, resource-limited company that needed engineers who could do everything — designing a part meant understanding how it would be made, assembled, tested, and how it would hold up in the field.

2021 — 2022

Engineering Manager

The factory needed to scale, the team needed to grow, the processes needed to exist. Where the shift from engineer to leader — and from building parts to building systems others operate — began.

2022 — 2024

Director of Engineering

Mandate expanded from execution to strategy: build the team, define the roadmap, drive innovation, and ensure everything the company sold could be manufactured at scale.

2024 — 2025

Director of Engineering & Manufacturing

Took ownership of Manufacturing as well — unifying two functions that had operated in tension. The proving ground for full operational ownership.

2025 — Present

Prior operations leadership was terminated following serious mismanagement — inventory in disarray, throughput declining, revenue stagnating. Having spent seven years earning deep expertise across every function, I was the natural choice to step into the void and lead the full rebuild.

Operational turnaround & revenue
  • Scaled monthly revenue from $600K to $1.5–1.75M in 10 months by simultaneously restructuring every department, process, system, and team — nearly tripling turnover from a standing start.
  • Nearly doubled production capacity — 20,179 units in 10 months — while holding 100% uptime through two concurrent facility construction projects during a record sales surge.
  • Executed the "Warehouse Washout": a 60-day physical and logical reorganization of all racks, bins, and inventory, establishing a clean, scalable foundation.
  • Replaced a broken ERP scheduling system with data-driven, predictable production planning — converting a reactive manual operation into a measurable one.
  • Deployed live Production and Shipping Boards on the floor, giving Sales and Support real-time order visibility and closing the fulfillment communication gap.
Organizational rebuild — people & culture
  • Rebuilt the entire operations organization from scratch — engineers, warehouse, assembly, operations, manufacturing, and HR — where none of the prior team remained.
  • Established the "Elite Talent Standard," a minimum Bachelor's/Master's requirement for key managers and engineers, permanently raising the organization's caliber.
  • Delivered 10 months of intensive leadership training to four managers, creating a self-sustaining management layer capable of autonomous decisions for the first time.
  • Re-aligned all departments around transparent, real-time communication — eliminating the silos that had driven costly errors.
Product development, R&D & IP
  • Developed 10–12 new products and filed 10 patents during the turnaround, protecting competitive position and technological leadership.
  • Designed and launched 3 of the company's most commercially successful products, building partner bundles that opened new sales channels.
  • Led all solution engineering and managed technology partnerships, equipping Sales to position and close complex technical deals.
Sales enablement, training & AI
  • Used AI tools to compress months of curriculum development into days, enabling the sales team to articulate product innovation immediately.
  • Spearheaded the "ACE" AI chatbot rollout — a 24/7 technical validation tool for customers and Sales Engineers.
  • Built the Freshdesk support ecosystem from scratch: SLAs, documentation, escalation protocols, and a professionalized customer experience.
Engineering, supply chain & finance
  • Engineered proprietary WIP and routing software projected to save $500K in NetSuite overhead over three years, replacing costly enterprise modules.
  • Overhauled QC with production checkpoints, reducing the error rate to under 5% from a prior unmanaged state.
  • Negotiated blanket purchase orders locking in favorable pricing and protecting continuity during rapid scale-up.
  • Partnered with Mainfreight to restructure logistics below prior DHL rates, directly improving per-unit margin.

Having led Engineering for two years, the next step was taking ownership of Manufacturing as well — unifying two functions that had operated in tension, and building the platform from which the VP role was launched.

  • Delivered a 50% improvement in manufacturing KPIs through a full overhaul of production processes and documentation.
  • Unified Engineering and Manufacturing under a single leadership structure for the first time — one accountable chain from design to delivery.
  • Built a proprietary COGS calculation tool enabling real-time product pricing, reducing procurement over-spend and improving competitiveness on bids.
  • Developed a forecasting-driven minimum-stock system that eliminated supply-chain disruptions across active orders.
  • Introduced standardized ECO processes, reducing design-revision errors and keeping production documentation current.

  • Led an 8-product innovation pipeline producing patent-pending technologies — including an IP67-rated portable command kit now deployed by NYPD, CAL FIRE, T-Mobile, and AT&T.
  • Owned the full product lifecycle: requirements, concept, DFM, prototyping, DVT, PVT, regulatory compliance, and commercialization — on budget and on schedule.
  • Applied deep DFM expertise across injection molding, sheet metal, die casting, vacuum forming, enclosures, and foam packaging.
  • Built and scaled the engineering team from the ground up — defining roles, hiring, setting goals, and mentoring for growth.

After two years as the company's primary design engineer, scope expanded from individual contribution to organizational impact — building systems other people could operate and improve.

  • Achieved a 10× increase in production throughput by designing a new floor plan for a 33,000 sq ft facility and selecting/installing all new production equipment.
  • Reduced component manufacturing costs by up to 40% across 40 assemblies by redesigning 15 critical components without compromising performance.

  • Designed 200+ individual parts and launched 50+ products for large-scale manufacturing, including portable network devices for high-speed connectivity.
  • Increased production capacity 10× by engineering custom jigs, fixtures, and test rigs and authoring standardized assembly work instructions.
  • Established the company's engineering design library in SOLIDWORKS PDM — version-controlled, centralized, and reuse-friendly.
